At AXSA Document Solutions we believe that service is our top priority to our customers. All of our technicians at AXSA Document Solutions are factory trained by a certified instructor. AXSA Document Solutions averages less than a 4-hour service response time for all our customers.
We also provide a "Help Desk" with a certified technician to help troubleshoot basic problems. All calls are routed to a "live" dispatcher; you will not talk to a computer or voice mail system. All technicians carry "trunk" stock to handle most parts calls immediately. AXSA Document Solutions has specialized color technicians, network technicians and connectivity specialists.
If you qualify for an "AXSA" Gold account we can provide 2-hour response time and a "free" loaner program. AXSA Document Solutions uses O.E.M. parts and supplies in all its machines.
